Horrific experience and complete waste of my time. Tried this location out for the first time and will definitely be passing them up for Waldorf or Charlotte Hall going forward. I placed dine-in order waited over 30 minutes no food at table, however noticed everyone around me who came in before & after was receiving their food. Next thing I know young lady came to me and said hi there was a mixup and we’re making your order now. My reaction I said ok that’s it, you messed my order up and I’m just expected to wait another 30 minutes – she only said yes then walked away. I grabbed my son went straight to the counter and requested a refund, not to mention they act like they were mad at me like I did something wrong giving attitude. If you are use to a normal smooth friendly customer service experience, then I wouldn’t recommend that you go here.

My son really likes Ledo pizza, so we order it once every few months. He likes their sauce. It’s not the sweeter side. We got the large cheese pizza with extra sauce, it tasted really good and needless to say, it was gone very quickly!

I called my order in this evening and I went to pick up my order but it wasn’t quite ready which was fine. However, when the employee showed me my pizzas I was surprised by the amount of bacon on both pizzas. One was the deluxe and covered in bacon and the other was a barbecue chicken and had a few pieces of chicken but was also covered in too much bacon. I wasn’t expecting that since I’ve gotten these same pizzas before at different Ledos locations and it was nothing like that.
