Ok. I don’t think I’ve had a whiter meal before (coming from someone who is part Caucasian)… this is supposed to be Japanese but it should not even presented as that. The chicken is overcooked and rubbery. The steak is also overcooked and hard to chew. The shrimp is off and I only got two pieces. The rice is actually ok but all the extra sauce which tastes like teriyaki, makes it overpowering. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here only because there’s better options around the area that are the same price.

I first found this place on door dash and finally decided to dine in. I ordered something new and it was delicious and fresh. My boyfriend and both enjoyed it! 4 stars due to overly dark lighting, appetizer portion size, 82% health inspector score.

Lots of options and good food. I had a sushi plate, it was good. My kids loved their fried rice. Service was great! Very quick and attentive. Atmosphere was nice, they weren’t overly busy, so it was nice and quiet.

Be careful coming here for lunch!!!! They automatically give you the dinner menu, (higher priced) than the lunch menu if you don’t ask. I order hibachi and paid $60, after someone else ordered from the lunch menu, I asked for it and they played dumb. Very shady practice, definitely NOT coming back here.

The food here is okay. Nothing special, but not bad. It is a typical Japanese restaurant. The fish was fresh and the yaki soba was actually pretty good. The ambience is dark and relaxing. My complaint is one of the servers or manager has a bad attitude. She has her hair in a ponytail and just seems mad the whole time. The other server who is chinese with short hair was great! Overall I might come back, but there are better sushi places near where I live.

My husband and I go here all the time! Their sushi is always made so fresh and the portions of the rolls are a great size! I’ve recently started eating their hibachi and love the soba noodles with it!

This place is very bad. The sushi tasted fishy and slimy. The hibatchi was just bland. One of our orders of steak was like shoe leather and the other was like they put it on the grill for 10 seconds. The rice is just bland and honestly the yummy sauce is just okay. When the best part of the meal was the vegetables then that’s not a good sign. Also was beyond expensive. Used to like this place, but will not be back.

We went during a lull so we had multiple waiters attending us. The staff was extremely friendly except for the one attending our table who looked annoyed. Overall the service was great though. Where the restaurant lacks is in the actual food which was pretty much tasteless.

Kumo always has a table available on a Friday night for 2 or 4 people. The lightning is indeed very low (you may want to use your phone light to read the menu if you have older eyes). But the service is impeccable: very prompt, and accurate, and will customize to preferences.

Food is great. Service is terrible. They try and gaslight me everytime. They lost a loyal customer today. I’m fed up with it. Everytime my order is missing something I come With what I owe them in cash and they claim they are taking the missing items off the bill but somehow the bill is always more than it should be. It’s so hard to explain what I’m trying to order not because a language barrier but rather a lack of listening. If somethings missing and someone ask for a replacement then replace it with an item in stock. If it cost more then I will pay more. But don’t gaslight me into paying more for less. That’s ridiculous.
