These birrias tacos have the most delicious stewed beef, the tortillas soaked in the fat of the broth with some cheese fried to the side, and a side of broth, with fresh cilantro and onions for dipping. I’d say these are a 10/10!

Absolutely delicious and extremely filling. HUGE portions. Tastes identical to authentic Mexico’s recipes. Owners are warm and kind, very friendly. Best Mexican food in Sioux Falls. Owner prepares fresh meat every night so it’s juicy and heavenly.

I don’t have social media so I can never find any of the food trucks. This one, is on my way home. I know where it will always be. Great food. Easy menu. Price is right. Good steak. Good chicken. Right amount of spices. Generous portions. And that greenish hot sauce is very delicious. I will definitely frequent again and again.
