Super friendly, classic diner atmosphere and staff, food was delicious and filling and came out quick. Prices are very reasonable. They immediately gave my daughter crayons and a coloring activity and when she dropped a part of her breakfast they replaced it at no cost. The waiter offered to refill coffee several times and was very kind. Overall an excellent breakfast experience.

I’ve been going to ruggies for years and they never disappoint. Despite the line out the door, the kitchen hustles and they’re able to get everyone served and tables turned without you waiting 45+ minutes for breakfast. Highly recommend the home fries, best on the cape hands down

The site hours said closed at 2 so I called ahead specifically to see if I could still come in and order food before 2. I was told the kitchen closed at 2 so I could still come in. Got there at 1:57. They refused to serve me. Even when I said I kinda saw where they were coming from but they did tell me it was ok so I asked if I could at least order it for take out. They still refused. They also acknowledged I was right but they “close in two minutes” so I drove 15 minutes one way for nothing.
