First time my family and I tried Marco’s and it was a complete disappointment. Pizza was terrible crust burnt we also got cheese sticks but no mar. Sauce then to top it off cinnamon sticks were the worst. In a bowl soaked in 2 inches of oil. We were not even able to eat them. Will never go back!!

I believe I was the first order of today, I ordered a XL pep pizza, first off let me say pizza was PHENOMENAL. Perfect temperature perfectly sliced,cooked… when I got there to pick up the gentleman washed his hands before handing me my order… great service.

Marco’s has the best thin crust around!!! When my order was incorrect…manager quickly resolved the issue. We love the pizza, wings and salads from this location. Staff is friendly and curteous! Watch weekly ads for excellent coupons or join their app!

Jay theYoung lady that took the phone order was short tempered and annoyed that I was asking questions. after I placed my order I asked to speak to the manager. jay asked why. She said that she needed to know why before the manager would come to the phone. I told her it was about her attitude. The manager Tiffany got on the phone. With the same short and annoyed attitude. I have never had an issue with this location before. I would have ordered sides to go with my pizza but I didn’t want to deal with the attitude hopefully my pizza will be better than my phone experience

I ordered a pizza, cinnamon sticks and a pepsi. I got everything but the pepsi. The delivery guy said he would bring it back but did not. I called the store to get a refund for my drink but was told they could not see my order and a refund could not be given but to bring my receipt to get a 3 dollar credit. I felt that was an inconvenience because I paid a delivery fee plus tip to have my order brought to me, to then have to drive to the store for a 3 dollar credit. They have no issue charging my card but all issues giving my money back. I asked for a manger but the RUDE cashier Jacovian placed me on hold for over 30 minutes without checking in or actually getting the Manager like I asked. Then the call disconnected. Marco’s can keep the Soda and my money. I will not order from this location again. Very poor service.

If I could give it a zero I would. I got a pizza and wanted it lightly cooked so they wouldn’t burn it. My pizza had nothing but raw dough. I asked them to remake my food because I’m not eating a pizza that isn’t even cooked enough to eat and they wouldn’T remake it. I asked for a refund and they wouldn’t give it to me either. They expect customers to eat raw dough. The guy at the register made a very smart remark that was uncalled for “lightly cooked means you take the pizza home and cook it yourself” and then started laughing about it. I will not ever come back here again. Marco’s pizza used to be so good and the workers used to be extremely nice I’ve never had any problems until this incident. Hire better staff or you surely will lose a lot of great customers that have loved Marco’s like I once did.

So first off!!! I just left there and these people are so freaking nice! Ms. Tiffany split my wings up with no issue, and then Casey brought my food to my car! And made sure i had everything! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! The store manager should give them a gift card. Awesome service. For real. In a world where good service is hard to come by I feel we MUST ACKNOWLEDGE GOOD SERVICE & good employees. Great job again.
