We ordered a New Yorker pizza for pickup and specially asked for it to be well done and with extra sauce. What we received was a half done pizza that was so wet and soggy that it soaked through the cardboard and stained our table. There was barely any sauce on it and the pepperoni was missing too. Not sure what happened because the last time we went the pizza was great. We will not be going back to this location.

This is now several times that they take hours to deliver my food. Do not order from here and let them ruin your night. I ordered at 7:15 and they call me at 8:45 to ask me if I received my order. I said no and they apologized and said it would be here in a half hour. 45 minutes go by still no food which is now 2 hours 15 minutes after I ordered. I call and ask to speak to the manager and he apologizes and they still had not cooked the order and it is 9:35 at night. Complete disgrace of a company

MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT. This pizza is way below mid. (Like a 1.5 out of 10) Makes me wonder if I even like pizza anymore. And for the price I paid for pick up for only a large pizza I could have stayed home and ordered from Dominos or Pizza Hut and gotten a way better quality pizza and probably a side of wings and/or a drink.

I am new back in town. I found Sals leaving Publix one day. This has become my neighborhood Italian spot quickly. The pizza and pasta are great!!!! Franco & Walter on the pizza ovens and Joker on the pasta (penne a la vodka is the best)… you can’t go wrong!!!! In the dining room, I’m always taken care of like family…from Laura, Katie, Jordan, Meg, Campbell or Angela …its always like HOME!!!

I’ve called 3 times to get my refund , talked to both mangers & can’t even give me a call back. When they were at fault, took 3 hours to get a small pizza. Almost a month later & still no refund, the managers are awful. Ridiculous customer service. Will never eat here again

I’ve never dealt with a ruder or more incompetent restaurant staff. Got home to find an online order we picked up had a mistake, and called right after my husband got home with it. They somehow couldn’t find the order information and would do nothing to help us, so our whole evening was ruined dealing with this. They are apparently rude NY’ers and wouldn’t shut up long enough to listen to the order number, order contents, etc. I’m not too upset because the food looked disgusting and I likely would not have made it past a few bites. First and last time trying this place.
