If you plan on coming here on a week day, Don’t! There’s nothing going here in the whole town of Randsburg on a weekday. It will look like a ghost town. That’s why we came thinking it would still be a good idea. Wrong.

Food and service was outstanding . Very friendly staff even allowed my grandson to help make the sodas. Pulled pork sandwich had an amazing flavor and the hamburger also had a fantastic flavor. Top quality meat was used. The old fashioned sodas are to die for. My wife who doesn’t like soda was blown away with the sarsaparilla flavor. Ice cream sundae is also amazing. Well with the trip out there. Will definitely be going back. Highly recommend this as a day trip.

Home of the oldest continually operating soda fountain in North America! The Ransburg General store is a great place to get a cold drink and a great burger! Lots of memorabilia inside the owner is super friendly the staff is really great! Make sure you ask about surfing in Randsburg.

If you are looking for things that you need, it’s here. The things you don’t need aren’t here. The opposite end of “city” life.

Great place that the kids love to visit. Hopefully they get back on their feet soon, but it’s understandable that mining towns come and go

This is a review of the town as a whole and not just the general store. Visited en route north to Yosemite up the east highway and figured I’d stop to break up the trip. It’s like you’re transported back to the old western era with saloons and cowboys. Tons of parking around so I’d say just park your car and walk up and down the street taking in everything. It’s really authentic but not the most to do other than look around. Cool place for sure

Hospitality was above superb. The owner and his wife gave us a wonderful history lesson on the town. Not to mention the fresh egg breakfast sandwich and home made lemon bars were phenomenal.

Love this old living Ghost Town. It is one of my favorite places to take photos. A must see for anyone who loves ghost towns. This living ghost town is filled with warm welcoming locals who love to share stories with those that are respectful. I was just there for the 2022 Halloween Ghosttown tour, very well puttogether for those who came from LA, even as a local this was a pretty cool experiance. I always learn something new everytime i come here. This is a perfect artists get away with a rich history and a visual haven for both photographers/cinematographers and painters alike.

This place is pretty cool. Just visited on the way home from red mtn. Lots of room to park and a pretty nice setup on the inside. Cool photos inside and great people to take your orders. The Saloon is across the street with parking for dirt bikes, quads, side by sides. Great place to ride from camp sites all around.
