This pizza place has awards for being the most profitable. So you get, no red pepper, and there are cheap with the pepperoni. They brag about being the most profitable. Not the most helpful, courteous, and definitely not the most generous. Therefore they will never see me again. Plus the pizza was no big deal. I see no VALUE THERE.

I had ordered a pizza here on 8/13/2022. I had to wait over an hour to get my pizza because the delivery guy had a flat tire; which is fine I understand mistakes happen but where my issues lies is when i called the store and they offer me store credit. I decided to use the store credit a week later to only find out my account wasn’t even credited. I was supposed to have a credit of $17.29. My issues starts when i call the store to uses the credit and the lady on the phone says they can only remake what was on the original order but she was really rude about. You can hear her attitude over the phone. Like dame its not my fault you guys were late.

What an awful experience. My $100 delivery was missing 40% of my order and when I called in to resolve, the 1st teammate I spoke to had an accent so thick, I could not understand him. The 2nd teammate I spoke to was a complete jerk. I ended up driving to the store to pick up my missing items and the employee who greeted me was an absolute jerk as well. No greeting, no smile, no apology. What a joke.
