I’m quite disappointed in the food I ordered. I got a personal pan pizza and a chocolate chip cookie and they give me a burnt cookie! Seriously? Definitely not worth the near $20 I spent. The edges and bottom of the cookie are so torched, all I taste is burnt nastiness. Not to mention the cookie is rock hard. How can you screw up a simple cookie? No time to return it since I had to rush to work. Had the food been ready in the time frame I was told it would be, I wouldn’t of had to rush out.

This place just always seems to disappoint. Ordered this big box thing they got going on. Seemed like a good deal. But it was not what I expected. The pizza had hardly anything on it. Sauce cheese or pepperoni. It was so dry that most of the pepperoni didn’t stick to the bread and were dry like crackers. Little Cesar’s would have been better……

Do not order from them. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and was delivered a cheese pizza. I had it delivered through Door Dash and Door Dash refunded my money but a Pizza Hut said they would not replace it since it was Door Dash’s responsibility. Not good customer service. They have lost a customer

Hit and miss with this place. Mostly miss. Today I watched someone with a manager tag named Lane coughing while pulling out pizzas and just hardly seemed there. I waited at the counter for a few minutes while workers just walked by looking at me. After a few minutes Lane turned off his earbuds and gave me the pizza. I had to open the pizza make sure it was not empty because it felt so light. I don’t usually eat the pizza, but I tried it tonight. It felt like biting into lunchables pizza dough. It was almost raw. I asked my friend if this is how bad it always is, they said not always but it happens. I thought about going back but this was the manager who gave me the pizza, what a joke.

I received my order, I love pizza hut but I was disappointed, not only with these pathetic “wings” looks more like popcorn chicken if you ask me. $11+ waited an hr for a pizza and “wings” to receive this. The customer service horrible, the manager zero people skills. ridiculous. Never again from this location!

Best Pizza Hut in town. Hands down. Friendly staff always willing to be helpful. They are very attentive and lively. The whole staff looks like they enjoy working here. This is the Pizza Hut to go to they will accommodate all your pizza needs. If you need anything ask to speak with Patrice or Jessica vet helpful and have never failed to satisfy. They have had made mistakes before on orders but they always make amends. No need to yell just explain the situation and they will help you
