We also love eating at Costa Vida when we come out to Utah, wish we had some in Massachusetts! Can’t beat fresh made tortillas and their ingredients are always fresh as well. I don’t know if everything is as good as the sweet and spicy pork because that’s all I have ever or will ever get from there seeing as I get it so infrequently and go for just the best option they have. Love the enchilada sauce on it!

I got the sweet pork burrito. There was hardly any lettuce and pico. I remember getting more in the past, and felt like they gave me the bare minimum this time. Pretty pricey too. I love the food and flavors though!! Very delicious and I have good memories with Costa Vida.

Found literal flies in my salad, and my wife hardly got any food at all. When we tried contacting them for a refund they never got back to us. Horrendous experience.

Great food! I love their sweet pork burritos and unlike Cafe Rio, you can get them smothered without an extra charge. The food is always consistently good and I’ve never had any issues. The app is pretty great and offers pretty good rewards. If you frequently go here, you can get a free meal pretty quick. They do ask for a tip at checkout even though there’s no table service in case that bothers you.

Placed an order through the Costa Vida app for the Bountiful location for a 2 taco meal. I requested no beans, no pico, no lettuce, no cheese. My husband asked before leaving with the food why there is no rice and was told rice wasn’t ordered. Then we noticed there was cheese on the tacos. I returned to the store with my order. They completely ignore the fact that there is cheese is on the tacos although the order clearly states ‘NO cheese’. They stand by the claim that rice was not ordered. I try to explain that the app only asks if you don’t want these items. It is assumed everyone gets rice unless it says no rice. The manager then points out that the order says no beans. Not really sure what no beans has to do with no rice but it was clear nothing was going to be resolved, so I requested a refund. The manager tells me I will need to contact corporate for a refund. Never located a phone number for corporate but did find an online reporting feature. Hopefully someone will be in touch soon. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with the Bountiful location but it’s the first time I couldn’t get it resolved with the manager. I will never visit the Bountiful location again.

I used to love this Costa Vida, but the service has been awful the last several times I’ve been, so I decided to leave a review. They gave me essentially NO meat and about half a scoop of beans and rice. I had to ask the server 5 times for corn tortillas (gluten free) as he insisted the flour ones were corn and did not change his gloves like they used to do… such a disappointment

We went yesterday and they didn’t ask what we wanted on our items, I had to ask them to put more on after they forgot about my tacos. The employee’s didn’t seem to care if they had a line, just sat in the back and watched us all watching them. They had 5 employee’s, more than I have ever seen in there and not one seemed to like their job

Visited on a Saturday around 8:15 p.m. so wait wasn’t bad at all, but the service sort of was. Cross contamination of food (which was pricey by the way) was occurring with my brother having half of his pork being pulled out after being placed into the black bean juice (yes mostly juice not a lot of Black beans).
