The first visit to this restaurant. I did an online order, you can pay with Google pay or put in card details online for your order. The wait wasn’t long either for the amount of food. Only about 20 minutes all together for my order of lobster hibachi with a side of teriyaki steak with a lava roll and a thing of beef fried rice. Not bad on time for the amount of food. The flavor was great. The roll had good spice to it and a creamy texture. Definately an item for reorder. The lo mein with the lobster hibachi was good too. Really enjoyed it, veggies were cooked to a good soft texture yet still had the appealing bit of crunch to them.

So disappointed this place couldn’t maintain it’s standards. We’ve ate there close to ten times since opening, but the sushi was so bad a couple months ago we couldn’t eat it. Contacted management and they said it would be fixed, so we tried again and it was decent. Then went last week and you could smell the fish as soon as they set it on the table. The attached picture is yellowtail and I can’t believe a sushi chef actually put it on a plate. No reason to come here when Pensacola has better quality at a better value.

Great place to eat, all the food was wonderful and tasted great. The buffet offering is an excellent value, as you get a lot for the money. You do have to eat all your food as they will charge you if you waste food. They give you a lot of rice, which also counts towards waste, so it can be challenging as you can easily get filled up on it. When it gets busy it can take quite a while to get your order, as it took upwards of 30 minutes to receive it. It is definitely worth the wait but just make sure you budget your time as we make sure we always have at least 2 hours to fully enjoy the experience. Overall, it is still a great place to go and we will definitely be visiting again!

Food is phenomenal!! We ordered off of the all you can eat sushi menu. Their sushi roll selections were very diverse. They constructed evenly and large. All the ingredients were also evenly distributed throughout the roll. Only thing is service is slow. Well worth the wait. IF you go, just be ready to wait. Go with good company lol. So, you will a lot of conversation time.

So excited to have Arashi Sushi & Hibachi in Crestview. We use to drive to P’cola for Sushi Masa, but the last few times it wasn’t very good. Arashi, however, exceeded our expectations!! Everything was fresh & tasty and the price was very reasonable for what you get. Service was great too! It was very yummy!! We will go back for sure. Ate there again 8/17/23 (& several other times)… still delicious!! They did not disappoint. The food, service, & ambiance were great!

Absolutely fabulous! We spent a total of about an hour and a half and this is during their soft opening when I expected a very long wait. Our food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented while the waitstaff was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Appetizers came out almost immediately, kids meals were next and were hot and very delicious, and our fresh sushi rolls followed after a short wait. They were beautiful and delicious. We ordered a second round of rolls and didn’t have to wait all that long for our next round of fresh made rolls. All you can eat is definitely worth it because there are so many choices you will want to try it all! We can’t wait to come back and try a completely new set of foods.

I heard about this place from my husband who heard about it from some coworkers so we had to try it out we drove all the way from niceville just to have dinner here and it was delicious. Our waitress Brooke was extremely friendly & helpful she answered all my questions and made sure everything was great. Our food was delicious ( I’m picky about my food as I didn’t grow up in florida and am very particular about my sushi). I highly recommend that every one gives this place a chance because you definitely won’t regret it. The price is definitely worth the food and then some. We will definitely be back.
