Went through the drive thru I ordered a number 1 with no onions and no tomatoes with a Dr Pepper and an 8 piece nugget. Menu board shows price for a small number one as $7.99 plus $1.00 for a medium upgrade total should have been $8.99 for this meal but my receipt shows they charged me $9.99. Also I did not ask for cheese because I’m allergic to it but there’s cheese covering my burger.

When though drive thru and girl full of piercings together with the other hispanic girl taking orders are rude and have an attitude. I told her something didnt seem right on my receipt and with out even asking the reason said “oh no check your burgers have a good day” and slammed the window on my face. Been here many times because it’s the closest place to eat by my job. The food is ALWAYS cold and the bread is always hard. I just went through the drive through and told them politely through the drive thru if they can please make sure my food is hot because it’s always cold. They said okay. I get my food and the bread is hard and the burger is cold. Horrible. They “made” me a new one, but all they did was heat it up in the microwave. I know because I made a hole in the bread showing them how hard the bun was and I got the same burger back. Dont ever come here.

The young lady in the drive thru has horrible customer service. She was very rude and unwelcoming. When I got to the window to pay she snatched my card and when I said something about her needing to be more polite and suggested that she smile a little bit she handed me my card and slammed the window. I work right down the street so I come there often but after this experience, I will not be back.

So I got a whopper meal and 2 Oreo shakes for my kids I checked my order before driving off fries were not fresh I asked for fresh fries the guy at the drive thru window told me next time ask when placing your order for fresh fries I thought your product supposed be fresh at all times‼️‼️‼️ 650pm
