Ordered online and after I got home with the food. I went to give my 5 year old her sandwich and her fries were grey, so threw them and sandwich out ($9) called about a refund and the manager doesn’t know how to do a refund? So now waiting on a call from the district manager that may or may not come.. very disappointed.

We went in around 7, Tuesday night for there dinner Buffet. There was 1 1/2 pizza out. 1 sausage come out whole we we’re getting are pizza. Ask for cheese pizza and bread sticks Never come out . Salad was clumpy and turning brown.

I would have gotten the salad bar but there where flies on the food. The store had no customers at all it was 720 pm the floors and tables needed cleaned there was food on the floors and tables. The flys where down right bad in the store. The cruel was ok but service could have been so much better than it was. Definitely can tell they didn’t want to be there.

Ordered online and the wait to get our order was almost like they didn’t start it till we got there. We were in the drive thru 15 mins before we got it. Also there was no one else there at the time either…. Terrible service and took too long when I ordered it 10 mins before I left my house which is about 20 mins away

Not until after I complete an online order did they bother to tell me it will be an HOUR before it will be delivered. When that hour was almost up I get a phone call that it will take up to ANOTHER hour and a half. How can a restaurant treat customers this poorly and still stay in business. Don’t bother eating at this place, you will get screwed.

This is not the first time I’ve had bad service there. It seems as they care about getting the food out and not the quality of the food. My food was burnt had no cheese the wings had barely any sauce. I ordered dipping sauce with all my items did not receive any except for marinara.

This mazzios has better pizza than any other mazzios I’ve eaten at. I had to give 5 stars on service and atmosphere because it was in the middle of the afternoon and we were the only customers so the service was great and we had the whole restaurant to our selves.
