My husband is a fireman and took the boys for the first time to dinner and the grilled cheese was two pieces of bread and a SINGLE piece of dried out American cheese. It literally just fell open. Not melted. Not hot. Not acceptable. So we made him chicken nuggets and was very upset.

Always slow even when not busy and well staffed, but always seems poorly managed with one or two people working and others standing around. Sandwich quality is below par for firehouse too. They are always slathered in way too much mayo, and that is if the order is right. Today I ordered a club with no lettuce or tomato and received a turkey and heavy mayo only sub when I got home. It was my mistake not checking. Do yourself a favor avoid this location at all costs and go to the one in Rogers.

Stopped in for lunch. Have visited the store in Tulsa in the past and thought it would a good choice. The store was a mess and both of our subs (the engineer and hook & ladder) were cold and we even made sure to ask they be toasted. They were still good, just disappointed it wasn’t what we ordered.

Staff is always polite and the sandwiches were fine. Sometimes the coke machine makes the drinks taste a bit off. And the restroom could use more attention, please. Also, being a restaurant themed for firemen, one side of the place has 2 front doors locked because they are broken…which is against the fire code, maybe? I hope someone looks into that.

Pitiful. I ordered a medium Steamer. No drink or chips. This is what I got for $10. All bread, hardly any meat or sauce. I honestly cant even eat it it’s so dry. Add a loud obnoxious manager working behind the counter and do yourself a favor….. go to Capriottis.
