Someone compared their burgers to Whataburger but less greasy and I’d say I would agree with that. Overall we had a good to go experience. Was disappointed in the regular fries, but the curly fries were legit. The burger was good. My daughter got the chicken fingers which weren’t bad. My father in law got the burritos and was not a fan, but let’s be honest here. Who orders burritos at a burger place? The biggest downside here was that they didn’t have a kids menu. Upside, the prices weren’t bad and I though fair. Three stars for not having a kids menu. Four stars for the food and prices.

Looked forward to visiting this place for a while now and tonight I got the chance with my family. The outside looks well kept. The only real problem is fighting slight traffic getting in and out with the current construction going on in the area. When we walked inside the area seemed pretty plain. Seating is on the sides of the room with large empty space in middle. This was only down side to the experience really. We ordered our meals and got our drinks and sat down. Nice lady brought us out food and condiments. Food was really great. Tasted fresh. Burgers had great flavor as well as the curly fries we ordered. My son’s chicken strips were great tasting too. We were very impressed with the service and food and recommend as a great burger place in the area. Will go here before any other burger place in the future. Only four stars due to the seating arrangements and traffic situation.

My experience here was excellent! The whole family ordered burger combos and ice cream cones. The burgers were great and if I had to compare them to any other burger it would have to be a wataburger but less greasy. The kids ate all of their burgers and ice cream (good sign). The place was also very clean and the staff friendly. The restroom was also clean and stocked as it should be. My advice is to check them out, it’s the best burger I’ve had in Anna so far.

So first the bad: they don’t have bacon… what kind of burger place didn’t have a bacon cheeseburger? I got the double meat double cheese. It was pretty good but would have enjoyed it much more with bacon. My wife got the mushroom swiss and said it wasn’t great. They could use to season the burger patties a bit and watch to not over cook them.

For me this place is five stars. I gave it four stars for the rest of you. I have an appreciation for what the owner is trying to do. I love the single patty of half pound beef cooked correctly. I don’t want two cheap patties thrown together then advertised as a good burger. It’s just not. For me, the half pound burger a side and a large drink is worth $12.

Half pound burger combo with everything was good. Well… almost everything. If they add options for bacon and a fried egg to their menu it’ll be 5 stars. Regular fries were crispy and hot. Curly fries are good too.

Terrible experience. Picked up food after a long day at work for my wife and I. Was about 9 PM, ordered a plain cheeseburger w bbq sauce, a steak finger combo, and some shakes. The shakes were very mediocre, the fries were pathetic and soggy. Steak fingers were school caliber. And my wife’s burger came with EVERYTHING on it minus what she asked for, BBQ sauce. We will not be going back. Very disappointed, was really excited about a burger place close by. I highly advise all Anna residents to stick with malt shop.

After a day of exploring the backroads of Grayson County we stopped in at Anna and discovered Coyote Burger. Glad we did. Got the Angus burger combo. Really good burger! Friendly service. Clean, no frills environment. Great location. Highly recommended.

We were on the road traveling to Houston and stopped here for a late lunch. The food was good however the place really lacks for cleanliness. There were dead crickets on the floor in the eating area and in the bathroom. The bathroom trash can was overflowing. The sink area and the toilet in the bathroom. Could use a really good cleaning. But however the food was good.

Great little hometown burger joint. Food is decent. The side salad is a big bowl of salad mix, and sliced tomato. Way too much as a side. Cut the price (of $4) and size in half…..then it’s a side. Worth a 2nd trip…..
