Absolutely love this place. Comparing urban hotpot to a couple of other hotpot places I’ve been to, this one always takes the win. Haven’t been here in a while and was surprised to see robots serving the food, the service was alot faster than it used to be. I got the spicy broth this time, it was a bit oily from too much hot oil I think but very flavorful. Our orders came out within minutes from sending them through the tablet. They have a large variety of ingredients, everything looked and tasted fresh. Can’t wait to come back here.

One of my favorite hot pot places in the area. The broth, vegetables and cuts of meat are always consistent. Yes some of the meats come out frozen, but 2-3 mins in your steaming hot broth will cook everything. The location has tables on both sides. There’s a conveyor belt in the middle with some random ingredients. I really like the high ceilings and Koi fish lights on the ceiling. The music here can be a bit loud if you plan on taking any calls.

I’ve been to a few different hot pot places in the dmv but this one is my favorite!! The service is amazing the staff is always on it when you need something. most times you don’t even need to ask because they already be on it. The food is amazing. I love that they have the Ipad and robot feature because it makes asking for things so much easier and FASTER!!! During the week before dinner its about 25 per person and 35 for dinner and weekends. I come here almost every weekend and never have a problem. its always a good time. Thank you urban hot pot

Urban Hot Pot is a great hotpot restaurant! The atmosphere is chill and the staff is very friendly. They have a huge selection of meats, seafood and veggies. The digital ordering system makes getting exactly what you want and how much you want a breeze. Like any restaurant near a popular mall it gets VERY busy but it is worth the wait time.

ALWAYS an amazing time at Urban Hotpot. Ingredients were fresh, service was impeccable. We came at 12:00PM and were seated quickly. The broth came within five minutes of ordering, and the foods came quickly. We were done eating by about 1:15PM.

Visited again recently and found that everything had improved. The service was poor and we waited for a half hour before having to re order our food and receive it. This occurred several times throughout the meal. However because it was all you can eat this did not affect our experience too much. Several times throughout the meal our broth was refilled, but with a flavorless water or atom which ruined the flavor of the soup. We ended up dousing all of the food in dipping sauces.

First time visit to Urban Hot Pot. Wasn’t quite sure what to expect. Ordered two all you can eat soups, with all the ingredients my heart desired. Requested seafood soup base, with meats, veggies, and healthy list or provided spices and sauces. The food was absolutely amazing. Gave the place 5 stars only because they wouldn’t allow for more. Definitely a great spot for first timers, season guest, and foodies. Call ahead, may require a reservation on some days.

Best hot pot in the area. I like that I can stay in my seat and have the food delivered to the table. A bit pricey, but service is fast, especially since they added the robot servers. Their food selection has improved since we first started eating here.

Went for dinner. I ordered the Tom Yum soup to cook all my food in. I especially enjoyed the angus beef which was excellent quality, all the different mushrooms, tofu, bok choy and also crab legs. Dessert is also included, and although they don’t have a large selection, we tried all of them, and they were delicious.
