They were well organized and very friendly. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes!The servings were a little smaller than I expected but still good for 5-6 people. I have never had a tastier turkey in my 41 years of life. I will order the Thanksgiving feast again!

Horrible!!!!!! The mashed potatoes tasted like plastic!! Everything tasted weird. The dates weren’t expired but it tasted weird. I am thankful I had something to eat, but it was really bad. I had never tasted something so bad like this is food and this was my first time here. And my last. NEVER EVER GOING HERE AGAIN.

Should be -5. Worst experience ever! The staff at the register was the meanest person I have ever had in my life. She was so rude that my very kind husband even wanted to say something. I asked for manager and she threw my items over to the side and in front of me said I’m done with you. The manager instead of apologizing for the respect I should of been shown didn’t say she was sorry just said I will verify your items and make sure u have everything and made excuse of it is the holidays and they still forgot items. I spent $500 at the store and was treated like utter trash. I will never go there again and would not recommend anyone to go there unless you want to be helped by being insulted from the most uneducated trash. In future if I ever order from honey baked it will be from a different location and honey baked will always be a second choice behind heavenly ham. In the past month I have spent over $3,000 not only personal but for my employees. Earful just aweful

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Pre ordered a turkey with a pick up time of 8am. Received communication that our order was ready for pick up. Showed only to find out they were out of turkey and wouldn’t have it until after 12:00pm, when we were scheduled to eat. No one called ahead of time to let us know there was a problem and should make alternate plans. Terrible. Just awful service. Stay away from this company.

No posted order pickup option so the assumption is that you wait in the line to park then the line to get in, I called and asked and woman brought my order out to the line to park. Realized I was missing an item and had to park and go in anyway. Then it took a really long time for a manager to come over because none of the employees wanted to tell me they were out of the item that I paid for 2 weeks ago. 2 stars because the manager did their best to make it right for me. The company needs a curbside option for busy holidays. I was also not the only one having an issue with an order they placed in advance.

I echo all the bad reviews for the Thanksgiving meal preorders. The reason we preordered our meal was because we are visiting from out of town and wanted to make sure we had our honey baked ham Co pecan pie and roasted turkey. We received an email notification that our order was ready for pick up…. Only to find out they were sold out. How could they be sold out if we preordered and notified it was ready? If we knew our order would not be fulfilled, we would have gone somewhere else, but now all the stores are closed and we don’t even have a Plan B. It’s my first time to meet my husband’s family and I’ve failed thanksgiving dinner. Thanks for nothing Honey Baked Ham Co of Parma. So disappointed and will Never return to your store. If I could give you zero stars, I definitely would. So upset

Went there for the first time yesterday 11/20. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The turkey samples had me hooked. I will definitely be back to use my coupon for a free sandwich. You must sign up for the emails and I will also be back for Christmas.
