Love randys but this location let me down. Had a coupon for a free 18 in pizza. Partner went to pick it up, and they made them pay for the pizza. The coupon is no longer on my rewards account. Called to follow up and they recognized the coupon had been used with no recourse on their end. Have used free pizza coupons perfectly fine on phone orders previously at other locarions. Disappointed, try a different Randys location.

Ordered a plain cheese pizza and got it delivered with the app SLICE. Put in the instructions to make sure it was the right building because there are 2 of the same apartment numbers. Called to ask about my order and they said it was delivered and i said i never got it that the driver must have not followed instructions and delivered to other apartment. They didnt offer refund or to remake order because it was “delivered”. I asked for proof and they couldnt give me any. So i paid $23 for someone else to get a free pizza because who ever deilivered it didn’t read and follow directions.
