They have good iced and hot coffee. Their service times have improved lately. Unfortunately the last several times I’ve been there, the donuts have been stale like day olds, not fresh tasting at all.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! My coworkers ordered 6 dozen donuts for our work and by the time I drove to the location (about 10 minutes) they had them COMPLETELY ready. Not to mention that the staff was amazingly friendly which was nice considering today was the FIRST day of winter snow on Halloween! We will be placing our donuts order from them from now on!

My drink was always really good when I was able to get one. Now I don’t ever get one because apparently their new hours are closing at between 830pm-845pm! To make it worse they leave outside lights on including drive thru making me sit menu until I finally get the hint!!!!

I’m outside right now and their lobby is closed (idk why they didn’t tell me and the drive thru girl is acting like my service doesn’t matter) I just want a bagel and cream cheese but their workers are not serving me, I guess we’re not allowed to walk through the drive-thru…I’m never spending my money at this Dunkin’ ever in my life because I feel like it’s rude to not serve someone who’s obviously wanting to be served.

I ordered regular doughnuts holes online, spent 25$ and they gave me “whatever they had” when I asked to get something else they said no because they already gave me doughnuts and I would have to buy more.

Staff is rude and my drink is always wrong. The qualify is poor and price is too high. I ordered a iced caramel latte with an extra shot of expresso ( every morning), I get to the window and my order was mixed up, no big deal and told her what I wanted again. Got my drink and could tell it was too light (looked like milk). I asked if it had the extra shot. She rolled her eyes and handed me a cup of expresso. Apparently I had to make it myself and it still tasted horrible.
