When is the better Hardy’s that I’ve been at the food was great? The work staff is awesome, and the manager, Gina, manages her crew awesome. I do recommend this place to my friends and I will be back.

clean and friendly restaurant. Not busy and our short wait was because they made the fries fresh. Two combo meals with tax for $17 . the chicken tenders are all white meat and the fries were hot and crispy. Its down the street from the Cook Museum so we decided to get a bite before we visited the museum. the location is very convenient.

I guess Hardee’s can’t make a good burger anymore. The last 3 or 4 times I’ve went to any Hardee’s for lunch/dinner, the burgers have been disgusting. Like frozen Patties that were microwaved and thrown on a bun. Sad, cause Hardee’s used to have a hell of a burger. Now the only thing edible from Hardee’s is breakfast. We can only pray they don’t screw that up too.

You can’t even order at drive thru during lunch hours the trucks are so loud passing by. The employees can’t even hear.

Says open till 8 pm. Was not open inside. You can not feed a 20 month old in the car. They need to be at a table.

Dining room was closed, making the Saturday morning visit’s drive through experience pretty time-consuming. The food is always great from Hardee’s, but the service is so universally slow that I have to dock it a star from just an average place. Why can’t they get it together? I would go some more often if only they could expedite the food a little better: they are already expensive and that only slightly deters me.

The pictures on this review illustrate what I received when I ordered and paid for a “prime rib and cheddar Angus thickburger” … $8.71 for what was represented on the menu picture as a hamburger patty piled high with thin sliced prime rib and melted cheddar cheese on a bed of grilled onions. Sounds delicious right? The picture looked even better than my description on its own placard displayed as a “new” menu item, prominently adjacent to the typical items. Now, I’ve had both Carl’s Jr and Hardee’s at different locations over the years, and have consistently been pleased with my order. In fact, I’ve come to expect an overflowing and succulently messy sandwich in the box. In the 90’s Carl’s Jr marketed the fact that you couldn’t eat one of their sandwiches without dripping condiments everywhere. That may not sound appealing to some, but I love a messy burger. Before I opened this sandwich, I even grabbed extra napkins knowing that I would be challenged to keep melted cheese and prime rib au jus from getting all over my desk. Looking at the pics of the product from this location, you can imagine my disappointment. To be fair, Ashley, the cashier, was exceptionally friendly and polite and I’m certain had no idea that she was handing me such a disappointing specimen of a burger. The flavor and doneness of the burger were acceptable, but did not make up for the lack of “prime rib and cheddar” that was advertised. I will not be returning to this location and I recommend to anyone else considering a quick lunch in Decatur that you continue on to the nearby Jack’s or Arby’s. My two cents.

It’s dine-in only as of the time I write this 7/2/23. I had no idea, so we tried to … dine in? There is no sign on the door, at all. So we stood there looking stupid as we tried to go in thru the locked doors. Yo !!, how about putting a sign on the door?

Love the chicken and cheese biscuit from Hardee’s for breakfast. This place had 8 to 10 cars waiting to order. The drive-thru attendance first words were “hold please” it was my turn. But anyways great food!
