My experience at this location was great. When I arrived, my order was ready and hot. Staff memeber greeted me as i came in and took care of me in a timely manner. Keep in mind that the time i went in it was not busy, reason why they took care of me quickely. But definitely recommend this location.

Took them less than 10 min to process my order and have it “fully” cooked. Go figure why it was delivered to me and it was no surprise that it wasn’t thoroughly cooked. They were gonna make another one for me but that doesn’t solve the issue. This has happened in the past as well.

Great Service! I ordered online and after the transaction was completed, I noticed that my delivery address was inaccurate. I called the designated Pizza Hut location to notify them that about the correct address. The lady who answered was exceptional and very helpful in updating my online profile and reassuring me that my order would indeed be delivered to the correct address. The delivery person also provided great service. He called to confirm my address and delivered my order in a timely manner. Thank you to the personnel at the Moanalua Road, Aiea location!!

Just serve fresh food. The pizza was good but not the breadsticks and the cinnamon sticks. They were beyond old. They were cold and part of it were crunchy hard not in a good way. Very disappointed especially since this was the first time trying the cinnamon sticks. We had to throw them away because nobody wanted it. Waste of money.
