We were told about the food and service at this location. It was worth the drive because the food was delicious . We got a veggie plate, turkey wings w/ dressing, and smothered pork chops w/ rice and gravy. We will go back because they have a great meat and sides selection.

This Barbque right here is one of the best in the city and surrounding area! Candied yams, cornbread dressing, barbque slaw.

This is my favorite location to go too! I love the food. However the customer service is horrible! If you’re going to raise your prices, please let the quality reflect through your prices also! I do not want my plate threw together or threw around.

So glad I found this place!!! The staff was extremely nice and welcoming as my co-worker and I didn’t know what to order. The food was delicious, it tasted like I was at grandma house for Sunday dinner and the dessert was a 10 out of 10 . Keep up the good work.

I know I haven’t been to Ed’s Barbecue and a little while I usually only get the veggie plate and a veggie plate cost a little more than $6 today I opted out for the oxtails and the oxtails were almost $30 a plate $27.28 you may as well say 30 dollars I’ll start coming back to Ed’s but I will continue to get just the veggie plate from here on out the price has went up on the veggie plate but if it’s anywhere near the price of the oxtail plate I’ll continue to eat at home I love their food great a bunch of people it’s just a big price for one meal

I am so happy I found Ed’s. One of the best southern cuisine . It is what I call a diamond in the rough because it location is in (within) the neighborhood. I knew it would be. My experience is the that what I call a whole in the wall are the best. I am on cloud nine, right now. I was craving real authentic Southern food. I had the Ox tail rice, turnip green and yam, all oh so GOOD AND DELICIOUS. I’m so satisfied with the food. The location is not fancy but it feels like home

Ed’s is one of the worst places to eat at! I wouldn’t allow my hogs to eat at Ed’s. Ed is dead! Yuk ! I gave Ed one star ⭐!! I made a big mistake! I take the one star back! . Ed: quit while you’re ahead! I seriously, don’t like your food at all !

Just had the Mac and cheese, meat loaf, collards, corn bread, yams, dressing. It was ok. The collards and dressing were a bit bland and the Mac and cheese needed salt. The yams and meatloaf were great. Average mom and pop shop, lack luster appearance with decent customer service.
