I was doing some grocery shopping next door and decided to grab something to eat. I remember coming to this place once but never came back for some reason. Now, after I tried their food again this time I understand why I hadn’t been back. The noodle has lots of noodle but little meat and no flavor. The pig ear is too soggy and salty because they marinated it for too long. The cucumber dressing isn’t mixed even so some is too salty and some is not . Very disappointing

The foil was fresh and good. The only thing that I didn’t like was the amount of meat they give you. It was like 5 or 6 little chunks of beef. The restaurant was clean and pretty in the inside. The plum wine was awesome. I will be going back.

Definitely one of the best Mifen (rice noodles) I’ve ever had, and probably the best in town. The soup is made from real beef bone instead of broth powder and it’s just delicious. In addition to Mifen, they also have other really authentic Chinese dishes such as lamb spine, wanton, century egg and tofu salad as in the picture. All are super tasty. Make sure you try the dessert and drinks too!!

Will never come back again! Food was cold, noodle was over cooked. The most important is the terrible service. When I complained to the service, they argued and questioned me back …I am the one who was eating. It was not the 1st time I came here. Used to like here a lot. Sad.

Hidden gem in Plano! An authentic rice noodle place originated from Guizhou. Went for spicy beef mifen soup, spicy lamb spine, wonton in chilly oil, and century egg with tofu salad. The mifen soup was the best on a cold day. Lamb spine tasted exactly like what I had in China several years ago. The century egg and tofu salad was such an innovative dish that uses silken tofu and savory sesame oil, which was a pleasant surprise. The owner Shin was so friendly and also recommended the sweet and sour hibiscus tea. It pairs really well with the mifen soup! Will definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Loved this place! I wanted to try something new so this was my first time trying your food. I don’t think I have ever had traditional Chinese food like this and as a spicy food lover, this was definitely spicy in all the best ways possible! I was a bit skeptical at first because I did not know how you would cater to vegetarians like me but this dish was so good and had so much flavor, I will definitely be coming back! My parents own a small local food business themselves so I can tell how much time and effort y’all must have put into every dish made and that probably doesn’t get appreciated enough. Thanks for the great food and service!

I decide to not pay tips because the price looks shockingly high when we only ordered 2 bowls of rice noodle with a vegetable add on. I thought the high price included the tips but the server chased us out to ask us pay 15% tip minimum. Will not come again.
