Varied menu selections (burgers, salads, pizza, pasta, entrees, kids menu). Most of us had seafood and enjoyed our selections. Not too much for those on a vegan or vegetarian diet — there is a veggie burger option. Friendly prompt service.

It was a bit hard to really enjoy this place as the inside was pretty warm considering it’s summertime. I don’t know what’s up with the manager and why they want it so warm in the restaurant. Almost cooler outside, at least there you have a better chance for a breeze. You know it’s bad though when the staff wear fans and lets you know they understand it’s hot inside. Poor employees having to put up with it. They were very kind, should get a raise and some more ac or at least put more fans up.

Not sure if its normally busy on Mondays, but it was. They seem understaffed, as I only saw 4 servers. Even the hostess was helping as well as who i assume to be the manager. All that aside the food is very good.parking is a bit tight near the entrance, but there is more parking in back. Kid friendly environment and menu options so bring the family isnt a concern. Dining area is a bit small, so if bringing a larger group, it would be wise to call ahead.

Had the fish and chips. My girlfriend had the shortfield burger for dinner. Food was pretty good. 7/10. Atmosphere was great. We enjoyed our evening out at Shortfields. Prices were reasonable averaging between $12-40 dollars. The sandwich part of the menu was from 11am-4pm, we arrived at 4:45pm. There was regular full meals, salads, wings, seafood and burgers.

The food was delicious! We really enjoyed our entrees. They were light, however, so more of a light lunch. Also, if as cook, I dressed in a wife beater Tshirt, I wouldn’t poke my head out of the kitchen to look around. His looks didn’t any any class to the restaurant. We were the only customers there. The food did take a bit of time to cook, but the meal was worth it!
