They are understaffed, but I have never seen three people work as hard as this crew did. They kept the lines going, there was almost no wait on products, and they never got annoyed or frustrated with the amount of customers and orders. The Blizzards also are ratioed perfectly, so that’s always a plus.

There is a husband and a wife running this store with no help. They are so cheap and rude they don’t hire help and it takes 20 mins at least to get anything. For your own sanity, please do not go to this Dairy Queen. They are too cheap to staff and keep up with the orders and there is a Dairy Queen 2 miles away if you drive north on Decoursey Avenue take Madison to get there.

To think this meal with a large drink cost $14. That is absolutely absurd that this is a “basket” size meal. 6 nuggets and a handful of fries. The only redeeming quality is the associates at this location were friendly. Do better about your portion sizes or prices Dairy Queen!

Beware!! This establishment is extremely slow to fulfill orders. If your delivering, you have to go through the drive thru and that takes forever. No efficiency for delivery orders. Stay away unless you want to lose time and money.

This is by far the worst Dairy Queen experience I have had. We ordered a 6 piece chicken bite and an ice water. The chicken bites were 7 dollars and absolutely TINY. Smaller than McDonald’s nuggets. I’ve never been so ripped off in my life it’s almost just laughable. Do not recommend.
