5 stars for the chocolate shake that I can’t ever get made regardless of the machine is working or not. Got yelled at that the shakes were not available and not being made. Rude workers never smile all look mad at the world. Fries barely had cheese or bacon on them. They can do better surely.

1-12-23**editing review. Breakfast is great every morning i go. The people are pleasant and always seem to love my best friend with 4 legs. Lol. I prefer the younger folks compared to anyone older. Just seems the corn cob didn’t come out with the older folks. But overall , ill continue to come for breakfast!

Manager was nice when placing order. Bathrooms had tissue balls stuck to stalls and walls. Flies were beyond ridiculous throughout the whole store. Fries and trash were all on the floor behind counter. Drink station stunk, was sticky. All tables were nasty with dead flies in windowsills. The store had plenty employees in the back. Some employees in the office spinning in chairs. Garbage piled at back door. Floors in dining area had food and trash. Wouldnt have stayed but my diabetic husband needed food . Food made me sick for the rest of the day. Bland also.

The Number 3 Combo was great, Nicely assembled and cooked well. Crinkle cut fries were warm and crispy. Cleanliness of the lobby and bathroom however, was pretty bad. If I were this way again, I would pick drive through.

This place has gone DOWNHILL in the 3 years I have lived in Adamsville. The staff is careless and rude. I usually only go for shakes because everything else is poor quality or your order is just plan wrong when you get it. Today I paid for large chocolate shakes and what I got were cups that werent filled to serving size. And with sooooo much ice cream I had to eat it with a spoon. WTG Jacks. I can’t even w y’all anymore.

I ordered a hamburger and pub fries I got a different kind of hamburger than what I had ordered it was soggy it has so much ketchup and mustard on it was hard to eat no lettuce no tomato it was not what I had ordered it was a totally different kind of hamburger than I had ordered the pub Fry’s was okay but did not have any cheese or sauce on it very disappointed

The whole experience was aggravating, I had to go up to the counter two different times first to change my biscuit because it was over cooked, second to get my order correct . Then when we ate the chicken it was way over cooked to the point you almost couldn’t eat it.

Maybe it’s just the morning shift because I usually only come through on my way to work in the mornings, but i haven’t had a great experience yet. My order is always wrong and the people on the speaker try to rush your order and tell you to pull around before you’re even done ordering.
