The food is amazing. One of the best fast food type places, imo. Not to mention the ice cream. Always amazing. It’s a bit pricey for fast food/ ice cream, though. We can easily spend over $30 between 2 adults and 1 child. And that’s not even each of us ordering meals. But so good none the less.

I had a cheeseburger – it was cooked well done as requested – and onion rings, which were very tasty. The service was quick and the staff was very friendly. I don’t know about “atmosphere” in a Dairy Queen, but the booths were comfy.

Staff was rude asked to speak to a manager and got an audience with the entire crew just because I wanted to report that whoever took my order. They didn’t ask what size I wanted and just gave me a small. When I went to tell the manager I instantly got a crowed of the staff upfront laughing and snickering at the fact that I wanted to report someone for being rude. Not to mention I was told it was the owners son that took my order and was told he wasn’t being rude when he was because even my fiancee felt he was rude to us and didn’t appreciate it. We will never be back to this location until something gets done about the crummy customer service there

I am working with DoorDash ; today, there is one of workers (the one with glasses) on the drive thru was very rude and ignorant with me. He was nervous that I am reviewing the customer items on the receipt while I am in the drive thru; FYI: there is no customer behind me at all. I hope the manger for this store coach that guy ( by the way , he is a teenager ; thats mean these weird behaviors could happen some times) to respect ppl. Thanks

Unreasonable
I used to love this Dairy Queen but ever since recently they have been very lazy. We went through the drive through when no one was there so you would expect good food or at least all your items ordered but nope. We didn’t get any toast and my gravy is spilled in the box. I work in fast food and it isn’t that hard
