My sister in law and I visited the restaurant yesterday for the first time. I wish I lived here because I would definitely be a regular patron. Barrett’s on the Pike does it all extremely well: Very delicious food, excellent and friendly staff, including the manager, the setup of the restaurant, everything! We were very happy with our experience from entering the restaurant to leaving. There were so many delicious items on the menu we had a difficult time trying to figure out what to get. Our server Emma was the best! Thank you all for such a wonderful dining experience!

Cocktails were great, dirty gin martini was extra dirty (which I prefer). Can’t really recommend the bacon martini. First sip wasn’t too bad with a good balance of maple and bacon with bourbon; but as you approached the bottom half it got way too sweet. Almost as if you were drinking syrup unfortunately. Had the beef sirloin with risotto and everything was cooked well and seasoned perfectly.

Finally decided to try Barrett’s On The Pike for brunch. I called ahead and was able to get an immediate reservation for two. It had a nice atmosphere. Our waiter was really nice. The food was good and it didn’t take long for the food to be prepared. The portions were big except for my mimosa… they could’ve filled my glass up at least halfway. If you’re looking for a nice expensive place for a brunch date, then I recommend you try this place.

Reservations honored on time. Seating very comfortable. Waiter very helpful and knowledgeable about the food and menu selections. Food order turnaround time was great. Every item ordered was excellent. Shrimp Cargot, , Braised Short Ribs & Mac awesome, Crab cakes & coleslaw awesome, Bread pudding Great, Kale Salad awesome. The environment was very nice.

This was our 2nd visit and it did not disappoint. I had the Crab and Roasted Corn Soup as an appetizer, husband had the Buffalo Calamari (not pictured) both were great. Husband did say it was pretty spicy though! For our main course we had the Scallop Risotto and Chicken with Crab-extra side of mashed potatoes. We enjoyed both meals, very delicious and cooked to perfection! We had the Fresh Berries Napoleon for dessert, pretty sweet but was delicious. We thought the serving sizes were also reasonable, definitely enough! Our waitress was very sweet and tentative. We look forward to visiting again.

From the time we checked in, until the time we departed we felt totally pampered. The staff especially Samantha L. our server was absolutely amazing! Attentive and very personable. Dinner was prepared perfectly and was beyond delicious. Braised short ribs and the fresh Rainbow Trout. We shared two of the desserts ( 5⭐️ Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée and the fresh fruit Napoleon)which were the perfect ending to our dining experience. Both were to die for! Looking very much forward to our next dining experience. A great big Thank You to all the staff at Barrett’s on the Pike for making Valentine dinner date night spectacular! You all rock!!!

My husband and I have eaten at this restaurant twice now. Once for dinner and this most recent time for brunch. I had the day starter benedict and my husband had the chicken and waffles and for dessert we had the crème brûlée. Everything was absolutely delicious. The icing on the cake though was our waiter, Scott. He was absolutely amazing. Very personable, checked in on us regularly, very polite and friendly. He made our experience more enjoyable.

Service was good. It wasn’t crowded so seating was not a problem. The drink that I had was way too sweet for my tastes (New Fashioned), could not finish it. But I could see where it could satisfy another person’s palate. The Shrimp Cargot was good, lots of butter though. The Mahi was excellent, I will definitely get that again. The dessert I chose was Drunken Bananas. Basically it’s a cinnamon roll with ice-cream, banana, and a bourbon sauce. It was good but I didn’t taste any bourbon at all. All in all, good experience
