Went searching for a new catfish spot since our favorite place has closed. Sad to say, this was not it. Hubby picked up the family 40 piece strip dinner with a side order of onion rings. The food was hot and that’s about the only good thing I can say about it. It wasn’t the worse, but definitely wasn’t the best. Catfish Strips had a soggy texture to them, not crispy and the seasoning was over salty. The fries were hard and over fried. The hush puppies were black tough balls. The onion rings, meh, $48 of disappointment all the way around. Proves not everyone can fry catfish. We won’t be going back! Missing me some Seafood Connection.
