All I can say is I should’ve ordered what was popular which seems to be the bao. I would not recommend the Jelly Fish Head Marinated in Chinese Balsamic Vinegar Sauce. The jelly head itself was quite bland, it seemed to rely on the vinegar, soy sauce, and excessive helping of minced garlic. Best to not speak to someone for a day after. The Pan Fried Noodle with Shredded Pork was alright, the amount of pork felt somewhat few and far in between but the noodles were good. To reiterate, order what everyone else has been calling popular. It’s definitely hole in the wall, there do seem to be frequent return customers, not much wait on a weekday night.

The food here is amazing! Pan-fried beef is often overdone and pretty chewy, but here it was amazingly tender. The shrimp and pork soup and pan-fried pork buns were also cooked really well and seasoned properly; none of the food was made unnecessarily sweet. Beyond that, the staff was really, really nice, the prices were very reasonable for the quality of the good, and the restaurant is small and pretty cozy. I highly recommend it!

This northern Chinese style noodle house is a bit hidden in the plaza and a hole in the wall, but very worth visiting.

They now take credit card!! They’re known for intestine, and fried baos dishes. I remember noodles in the past bring good too. But this visit we got the crispy intestine, fried baos and scallion pancake (they were thin types).

Not your typical Chinese Restaurant. The food quality is great and the flavors are excellent. The place is small and parking can be hard since this little plaza has a solid array of restaurants.

We ordered three dishes: “A” vegetable, fried Tianjin buns, and noodle soup. The veggie came out first. I’ve had this vegetable many times but this was the best preparation. Oddly addictive. Next was the soup which was pretty typical. Finally, the buns arrived. They were the best savory Chinese buns I’ve had. Very fluffy with a biscuit-like bottom.

One of our go to places. It’s a little hole in the wall, clean, delicious food and friendly staff. On a hot day, we have cold noodles and shrimp dumplings.

This location is now Hong Kong Dim Sum House. I did not go to the changed place, and will miss Tasty Noodle House sorely. Not sure why it closed. We had a good run.
