Went in to pick up some pizzas for a kids party playing D&D for the first time, so pizza’s important. Pizza’s were perfect, Hot and fresh and the whole staff was cool and helpful. Kids were beyond happy, so you have no idea how much I appreciated all that!

The Customer Service Rep that took the order was RUDE! To say the least, if she didn’t want to come to work 05/20/23, she should have called out!!! Customer Service is key when working with the public! Do not huff and Puff like you don’t want to take my order!! I can EASILY and most likely spend my hard earned money with your competitors. Whoever trained this young lady needs to send her back to Training class for how to speak with customers by phone and take their orders! The pizza also came very WET & Soggy! I will not order from the location again EVER! I will stick with Pizza Hut instead!

I stopped like pizza hut years ago but my kids love it and now I guess I do again. These folks are pretty nice and pizzas always hot. I just need more consistency. I don’t want to order one Friday and it’s perfect ratio then the next Friday I’m eating crust. Great personalities they have though.

I love Pizza Hut but the last 2 times I’ve ordered from them they ruined my order & $70 later instead of just correcting THEIR mistake they play DUMB!!! NO wonder everyone complains about this Pizza Hut on Hillsborough St. Gonna try the one in Cary before I just straight up boycott them for good

We ordered two pizzas and one came with a hair or kinky fuzz stuff on it. We instantly called when we spoke to Patrick he informed us to bring it back in for a refund. A few minutes later more time was wasted by returning the untouched pie. He then informs me they do not issue refunds and would offer another Pizza at the same evening. I explained no one wanted it after seeing that on the pizza. So we went to his car and came back with a receipt from another guest in torn off and gave me a code that said it was good until June 8th for a free large pizza! I explained and asked since you couldn’t give me a refund with this work at any Pizza Hut he reiterated yes! Guess what Patrick it does not work and I have paid for a product I have never received. Also the free pizza pulled from a customer’s receipt? Poor customer like myself that waeress robbed of their pizza as well! This seems like a common theme at this location. Beware

Food tasted great. I had not had a personal pan pizza in a while. They were smaller than they use to be, but tasted great. I thought they did not carry them any more. I am glad they do. I will order it again.

It’s 11/27/20 spoke with a manager at the shop over the phone about a delivery left out front of my home. No call no knock no receipt . Also informed her I was Missing a pizza. I realized I had forgot to order it so I planned to order it and complained about the rest of the food being cold. She likes owe now your foods cold you just want free food. I politely said um no I order like 2-3 times a week spending like 50$ each time. She was very rude and seemed like I was just nothing her. Never said sorry just accuse me of just wanting a free $6 nots are you serious you can keep my 211 points IDE rather pay another pizza place that has respect and knows how to communicate with customers
