We visited Cowfin for the first time tonight and I can without a doubt say it will not be the last time. I think we found our new favorite restaurant. The smash burgers were the best we’ve had. My husband had the Mac Attack while I had the Smokehouse BBQ. Both burgers were phenomenal. My son ordered the kids cheeseburger which was a GREAT size! We also had the moo fries as a side, my son tried the onion rings, and we tried the Mac n cheese. It was outstanding. We were not disappointed in the slightest with anything. We look forward to our next meal at Cowfin. So happy to have something so delicious so close!!

Cowfin is a sports bar and restaurant just off the Topsail island in Surf City. Their menu is typical bar food with a large selection of smash burger hamburger, loaded mac and cheeses and other appetizers, sandwiches, and salads. We had mozzarella sticks, wings and bang bang mac and cheese and it was all phenomenal. Oh and Don’t forget the Moo fries. All were phenomenal. The wings were a tad smokey and perfectly crispy. The fries were amazing with the grilled onion making an oddly tasty addition to cheese fries. The bang bang shrimp were good but could have used a little more sauce. Beer and vodka were on point too. Our server Megan gave great service. A great spot for lunch or dinner.

Super good food! For just opening, the servers were awesome and everything was great. By far one of the better places in the area. The portion sizes are almost too generous. This place will definitely be on our list of regular places to eat at.

If you’re looking for a place to eat, stop. Check this place out! Blew Daddy Mac’s out of the water!!! We’ve ate there, Rick’s, and a few other places. This was our favorite so far. We got the peanut butter bacon smash burger and the mac attack burger, they2 were amazing.

local here, my girlfriend and I tried the mozzarella sticks, crispy chicken sandwich, and a build your own smash burger. burger was definitely worth trying, chicken sandwich was juicy and plump. my girlfriend loved the mac and cheese. The french fries were great, and the moo sauce they serve made EVERYTHING just a little better somehow. Our server Shauna was personable kind and kept our drinks filled. Food came out fast and hot.I wish we could’ve eaten it all but we were stuffed. We definitely will be back many times to try other items out on the menu. definitely worth a meal or two on your vacation and if you’re a local, finally another quality place to eat in the area. (the environment of the restaurant is very aesthetically pleasing).

We stopped here on a spur of the moment type deal. And its safe to say it was an amazing choice. We had the mac attack burger and peanut butter bacon jam one. The smash burgers were so so good. If we werent from out of state this would easily be a reoccuring food stop. Next time we visit we will be back! It was excellent.
