The food was amazing! I had penne with meatballs and garlic knots. The meatballs were super soft and the sauce was very delicious. I came in on a Saturday night and they were with me very quickly and the nice gentleman who was waiting on me checked back several times to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything. I would definitely recommend having dinner here.

Horrible. Who sells a pizza like this? Being a New Yorker this is offensive. They obviously didn’t let the dough rise on the Sicilian , threw sauce and cheese on it and it became a soup. Could have been decent , sauce is pretty nice.

As far a pizza places go, it’s a great option. I had the pizza ala vodka and the garlic knots. The pizza was a little on the oily side but a welcomed improvement to the usual fast food chain pizzas. Garlic knots weren’t the greatest honestly. The store was dated but clean and welcoming. Staff was friendly and the service was everything I expected. I’d definitely order again. Probably not off the app because I thought it lacking in description of items. All in all 4 stars. Give it a shot.

I was excited about trying this local hometown Italian kitchen but I was a little disappointed to say the least. To start the music was two different players playing Mexican music and the other contemporary and both at the same volume which I thought was very distracting. To start I ordered garlic knots that were hard, slightly burnt, and extremely dry. I ordered chicken Parm which is one of my favorite Italian meals and also what the waitress said they were known for. It was soggy with no crispy part to it. The sauce was good and had a good taste but not was very disappointed in my experience here. I would have loved to have a different experience. The waitress did acknowledge my displeasure and payed for it on the house which was a surprise.

I paid $50 for a large double pepperoni pizza and a side of calamari. I got a small regular pepperoni with calamari. They tried to tell me that Door Dash made a mistake… Door Dash picks up and delivers. They don’t make and hand out the order. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. They wouldn’t even refund my money, just said I could have a “credit”.

The food is always really good. I’ve never dined in. I generally take out. I’ve had dinners and pizza and everything so far has met or exceeded my expectations. It’s hard to get decent New York style pizza in this area. this has been a welcomed treat

We just happened upon this adorable little Italian restaurant and absolutely awesome service by our wait person Sam. He was very efficient and attentive to our needs. The food was delicious. The 12-in personal pizza is huge we could not eat it all and my guest had the Stromboli which was scrumptious and had plenty of dipping sauce. You just have to try it. The fresh iced tea tasted just like the homemade that I make at home served with a slice of lemon as well as lime freshly cut and set along the edge. Prices are average to exceptional and the beverages are served in an extremely super-sized large glass. Make sure you ask for Sam when you go.

I’ve tried to give several chances but Zips has repeatedly disappointed me. The food is not enough to keep me coming back. The service is slow, the staff is not friendly and I leave feeling irritated. Dining out should feel like a treat and I just leave every time not feeling happy.
