I literally had to go behind the counter into the work area to get the milk that was left out of the Happy Meals. (Though the guys at the grill were very helpful.) There was no ketchup available. The meals were to be brought out to us but another customer notified us that our food was just sitting on the counter. ZERO customer service.

I worked at the EP McDonalds back in the 90’s. We had standards & were polite to customers. I went through the DT for the 3rd time in the last 2 months. The first time wasn’t horrible. The second time I left because the drive through was taking WAY too long. Tonight (5/5) was the third and LAST time. Asked for one sandwich with no onion & it came out with no onion or pickle. The wait was over 15 minutes. The girl at the payment window was fine. The girl at the pick up window was beyond rude. Handed the order out the window without even looking & said “here you go”. REALLY?? How about thank you or have a nice night?

Not sure what’s going on at this McDonald’s but I don’t know how you can be a McDonald’s and not have any soda and have the girl not know what a Frappuccino is a sad testament of the lack of training. We also asked for a receipt and didn’t get one because $20 for a number 1 plus a 1/4 pounder with cheese seems high especially since they didn’t have any sodas… she asked what substitute drink we wanted so we ordered a Frappuccino and I’m pretty sure I got charged full price for that even though there was no drink to go with the number one.

Went through drive thru..got told to pull up so I did. Waited 10 minutes and then went inside. Lady coming out with food asked me if so n so was my order, said no and went inside. Lady inside told me foid went out. It was the wrong order after 10 mins so I just took it and left. No apologies..no trying to make it right. Of course food was cold and garbage. Wouldn’t recommend
