Stopped here for lunch on our way to Salt Lake. Ordered a whopper with no onions (I’m allergic). They asked if I wanted cheese and I said no. (The whopper doesn’t even come with cheese) When I got the burger, it had onions and cheese on it. The receipt showed I ordered with no onions and no cheese. Went back through the drive through and explained what happened, they said they’d make me a new one. When I got the new burger the meat was in pieces, and missing parts of it, and like… Missing the top? It looked like it had been scrapped and torn up and then put back together? It seemed like they just took a burger out of the trash and slapped it onto a bun and fed it to me.

My girlfriend and I stopped and grabbed food for us and kiddos to take home. Our order was over $40. We get to the window kids not taking his job seriously. We asked for fry sauce. He laughs and tells us it’s discontinued. First strike. That’s what I was craving. The kid at the window helping us. strike two. We immediately pulled into the parking lot to eat our food before taking the other food home to the kids. The food was inedible. I had a double whopper no cheese. The veggies tasted like they had been sitting out all day. I couldn’t choke down more than two bites. My girlfriend had the grilled something burger after taking a bite she threw up because of how nasty the onions were. Strike 3. I took my fries out of the bag. Ate those which without fry sauce did not take away my craving. The rest of the food went right in the dumpster. There was no way we were going to give that food to the kids. Over 40 bucks wasted on food we could not eat.

People working here have no ambition, and look like they hate their job. They dont even greet the customers. I ordered a chicken bacon swiss and they drenched it in mayo after ask for light mayo, I had to wipe it off with a few napkins. Area was very dirty to sit down and enjoy your meal,all the tables were filthy..a little sweep and wiping down the tables would of been nice…girls were just standing around.

Absolutely the worst customer service every time I come. I would for sure go anywhere else except it’s the only thing open early on this end of town. Food was not fresh, I watched them pull my flame broiled whopper out of a water bath, which apparently wasn’t very warm. It tasted like it had been in there all day. In the end I threw most of my burger away. The restaraunt appears run down; and not very clean. For a franchise that see’s this many customers, I’m not impressed.

Small basic BK attached to a Pilot petrol station. Nothing glam. Burgers are as BK burgers go which is nice. There are tables for 2s and 4s. TV in a small side room. The place could do with a facelift.

This rating is for the St. George UT main street location. First, i enjoy BK food because of the ability to customize my burger. However at this location at approx 7:30pm 2/5/2023, I went through the drive through and attempted to custom order my Whopper. The individual taking the order would not give me a chance to tell her what I wanted. She kept interrupting me with questions about the drink and if I wanted the meal. When I asked if she could give me a chance to order my burger she said sure, then when I started she again interrupted. I never got the chance to ask for heavy onion & heavy mayo. When I asked to speak with the manager I was just asked to leave without being able to express my frustrations. I will never return and I will use my influence to stop everyone I can from patronizing this store.
