A series of statements: The burger I ordered cost $15. “The” burger, looks like it would’ve been rejected in the Costco kitchen with the employee told to “do better”. The music was loud enough to be annoying. The water I ordered never came. The chicken wings are $11 and include 4 whole chicken wings. The wings could be crispier, which would require less awkward removal of the skin. The burger includes no side. Sides are $5, which reminds me of Europe, to not include a side with a sandwich. Other members of the staff were fantastic. I momentarily forgot my water never came when I left a respectable gratuity, anyway. The restrooms nearby, which you will need due to the nature of the food. The restroom also has a water bottle filling station which you can use if your water doesn’t come. No one will read this. The end.

Nice place for a quick bite. I have lounge key so I get some credit with them.. otherwise to be honest I would have gone to the many places available to listen to live music. The chicken was dry but the fries were delicious. I did get my chicken plain to be fair.

I’m not sure why there are such bad reviews of this restaurant. Our food was quick, plentiful, and quite good. We ordered the turkey club, Caesar salad, buffalo chicken wrap, and house salad. We would definitely return here the next time we fly out of BNA.

Ate here both arriving and departing from BNA. First time the service was great (middle aged lady) and food was pretty good, hot chicken was great, burger was okay, but wrap was mediocre. Second visit, and service was nonexistent (two young guys). We watched our food order sitting on the counter for 10 minutes before anyone came around to bus it to our table. Asked for it to-go and the server gave me the stink eye. Asked for napkins, utencils, and ranch (I almost had to reach over to grab them) and another stinkeye. Then he said credit card receipt was messed up so how much did I want to tip, loudly in front of everyone. ZERO that’s how much, but I still left a few dollars. Terrible service.

400 Degrees has quick service and amazing food. We ordered the chicken wings for $12 and within minutes our order was brought out to us. The wings were crispy, fresh, hot and delicious. I will definitely be coming here again.

I was excited to get some hot chicken on my layover in Nashville. I love hot chicken so I got the hot (not extra hot) tenders and tots. The tots were not hot so I asked for some new ones. However, the chicken was not edible…at all. I tried one and spit it out. I tried a different one and same thing. It was not that they were hot; they were just awful. It was almost like they were burnt…I mean bad!
