Hamburgers always good. Ran out of ketchup containers, did not offer anything to replace them; had to ask for something to use. I know it seems trivial, but staff didn’t seem to have a clue about customer service! $40 for 2 cheese burgers I expect good service. Standard Five guys seating, but not as clean as most others I have been to.

The Regular fries at any other Five Guys will feed 3 to four of us, not at this location. Left two of us wanting more. Definitely WAY over priced for that little bit of fries. Very little bacon on the bacon burgers. Tasty but a stingy Five Guys.

The burgers are smaller and the prices are ridiculously expensive. Paid 18.00 for one patty cheeseburger, small fries and drink. Roll is huge to small burger , fries undercooked just a few mushrooms in burger no seasoning on burger or fries.there were 5 staffers and few patrons maybe reduce staff so prices aren’t outrageous.

Must be the worst 5 Guys location out there. One employee dumber than the next. Fries were undercooked and had zero Cajun spice on it. I told the young lady that she didn’t sprinkle any seasoning on it and she was adamant she did. I watched her the entire time. Must think I am an idiot. They had 8 employees that basically stood around doing nothing. I also wasn’t the only one complaining. Saw two others shaking their heads and muffling profanities. I thought that my burger was great, and the fresh cut fries are some of the best. I like that they have one of those Coke Freestyle soda fountains where you can choose from all the different drinks with additional flavors. Like Coke zero cherry vanilla.

The cashier was a bit off. Maybe she was new, I asked for a veggie burger, and she rang me up for one with meat. She also got a little smart with me when i asked shske flavors. The manager was quick to fix and accommodate us. He also gave me some extra fries which was great. Food was hot and delicious. Two burgers still wrong, but we ate anyway lol. I’d definitely return!

Food was good but not as good as it’s been in the past. Employees were super friendly and service was fast. The dining area was filthy. Tables weren’t clean, not one. The floor was covered with food and trash cans needed emptied. It was very quiet when we arrived. Shortly after there was a bus load of students that came in. I can only imagine how much worse it looked after they were done.
