If this place hadn’t been personally recommended to me, I NEVER would have gone, let alone found it. We traveled more than 20 miles and I questioned if we were at the right place. The unassuming building-lacking any welcoming signage- was strange. But, apparently, when you are great, no signs or awesome building fronts are necessary. The street is bare. The buildings are empty. But, in front of Charlie’s, the parking spaces are full. It’s dark. Floor tiles are missing, seat cushions are torn, but the staff is awesome, and the steaks are amazing. Canned beer and soda only. We ordered the ribeyes. Holy moley, they are HUGE and oh so flavorful. It took quite a while for the food to be delivered to our table, but the view of the kitchen area and the precision of the culinary dance was awesome to watch. Once again, if I didn’t know, I never would have gone, but I look forward to my next visit.

Wow! Delicious! First we ordered the Trio appetizer: Bottle caps (fried jalapeño slices), beer batter breaded mushrooms, ranch dip, and chips and salsa. It arrived moderately quick. The breading on the mushrooms was crisp on the outside and the mushroom was tender on the inside(not watery). Bottle caps were flavorful and crisp. Salsa was tasty and chips were fresh. We ordered a couple of rib eye steaks which were cooked to perfection(medium and medium rare). It was very tender and had a hint of Worcestershire. The Large salad was chilled with Bite size pieces of lettuce, slivers of carrots and dressing of your choice. I ordered okra as my side and my husband ordered the onion sticks. Both were equally delicious. We drove 40min just to try the highly acclaimed steak. Well worth our time. We Will be back.

Me and my family came over from Perryton to celebrate my daughters birthday. Freaking excellent place. If you love bars. You will love this place. The steak is so damn good!! You have to wait a little bit on the food but who cares. They keep the beers flowing and the good tunes playing. We had such a great time… and when you do get your steaks it is so worth it!! Great steaks, great waitresses, great bar!!! Thank you!! We will be back!!
