Neighbor Tim’s BBQ, ropes in the finest prime-grade meat. We then fire up our custom offset wood burning smoker and over the next 12- 14 hours, slowly burn natural apple and oak woods. Harnessing this low and slow method of smoking meat gives our final product a sweet and savory flavor along with that cowboy kick of spice!

Good smoke flavor, generous portions, if you leave hungry that’s on you. This location is outdoor seating or to go. Staff is helpful and kind. I recommend trying both sauces and the sandwiches. They give you toppings to construct the Sando you like. The pulled pork is my favorite, moist, smokey and giant. Generally the bun is an after thought but this bun is perfect and yummy.

Unfortunately, we didn’t love the food at Neighbor Tim’s. Cute roadside bbq shack and standard teenager window service, but our brisket sandwiches were 1/3 fat cap (enough from 2 sandwiches to cover the lid of a side of potato salad – pictured) and the seasoning was largely just pepper, so there wasn’t much flavor. The bbq sauce helped some, but a good brisket doesn’t need that much help. The rootbeer is sub-par and the spring salad is straight arugula with some shaved vegetables and sunflower seeds. Pretty bitter. The pickles were good, though.

Went through drive through and had the brisket nachos. They were delicious, and the portion was very large (lots of brisket too). I asked for extra jalapeños and they gave me enough for one slice per bite. Great food and great service. I will certainly be back for a family meal.

Super disappointed. I ordered the burnt ends and all I can taste vinegar and it was sour. I could only eat one of the burnt ends. The mac & cheese with mushy and very flavorless. I got two pieces of bread that were very stale. I did add a star because the baked beans with the brisket was fantastic. I spent around $30 to eat 8 oz. baked beans.

I have driven by the place a couple of times but never stopped. Super glad that we did this time. The salad was fresh. The brisket was extremely tender and moist with a good smokey flavor. They serve a small selection of canned beers too so that was definitely a plus.

Lots o meat! Really perfect smoked flavor and big portions. Baked beans were delicious and the brisket sandwich was huge! Ate about half for lunch they were pretty generous more of a dinner portion. Excited they had kids meals too! Outdoor seating was perfect for summer not too hot, but a great atmosphere to enjoy and smell the bbq smokers out back. Drive thru or picnic tables.
