Although the customer service is fairly good at this location, they seem to be completely incapable of cooking pizzas completely. More specifically, the first time I ever ordered from this location, (a pizza with pan crust earlier this week), it was doughy throughout. I called the store and I was apologized to and offered a credit… Fast-forward to tonight and I just picked up a different pizza a short while ago, (with the same toppings but stuffed crust this time since it’s a thinner crust AND I specified that I wanted it cooked slightly longer to try to avoid an undercooked situation). However, once again the pizza was doughy. Suffice it to say this location lacks basic competence and I won’t be back!!!

2.5 stars, really. The good: We always get a pizza! The bad: We very rarely get the pizza we order. The ugly: Usually a 45 min. – 1 hour wait. We’ve placed 1-2 orders a month for the last year or so, either a buffalo chicken pizza or stuffed crust pepperoni. The buffalo chicken came with the hot sauce on it only once, and twice when ordering the stuffed crust they must have been out – we received a pan pizza once, and a weird tear-off cheesy crust thing tonight (see pic). Even if the substitution is a “better value”, as we’ve been told when carrying out, we ordered the stuffed crust because we really wanted the stuffed crust. *wistful sighs* we keep comin’ back for the stuffed crust… Someday…

They use doordash for deliveries. Wheb you order through the pizzahut app it doesn’t show what you ordered for doordasher to check for completeness so you never get everything you order

I ordered delivery through the Colerian store. I realized it was pretty late but I had just gotten off work & it was the only option I had. I ordered delivery through the website & it accepted my order. I’ve now been waiting an hour & a half and they still haven’t shown up. The least they could do (considering they had my phone #) was call me & let me know they wouldn’t be coming & not just have me waiting.. bc if they had called immediately I may have had time to order through the one other place that may have still been open.. but because I thought they were coming & their “tracker” said they were coming I wasn’t going to make another order & then be stuck paying for two orders. This is completely unprofessional not only to not contact someone to let they know you aren’t coming but also to not even make and deliver the order considering they were still open when the order was placed. I didn’t even order much either.. it pry would have taken them literally 10min to make and get everything together & then deliver it to me on their way home. Not to mention when I order super late like that I make sure to tip super fat so whomever that driver would have been missed out on $50. Good job guys, we all want to go home but it’s not like you are even open that late.. try working for an establishment that’s open until 2am.

Dude, idk what it is, but everytime I order WELL DONE ALMOST BURNT. They nail it every single dang time. Like the pizzas are always perfectly cooked, evenly distributed toppings. This might be the best Pizza Hut I’ve ever ate at. Seriously.
