The workers can be extremely nice but the line is so long it goes through the parking lot and they only have 1 lane open. On top of that I placed a mobile order but the line was too long and the wait was too long I couldn’t get it because I had to go back to work myself. I tried calling MULTIPLE TIMES to cancel my order and no one picked up. I understand being busy, I used to work for the McDonald’s in providence (one of the worst mind you) and we still had faster times, answered the phone, and made sure orders were correct (and that is with 2 employees and 1 manager working).

The dumbest employees ever. This location is beyond awful. Horrible experience after horrible experience. Closed dining room 24/7, painfully slow drive thru. Doesn’t get any worse than the Wakefield location. I will say, breakfast workers seem to be fine, but at night time the employees are clueless and rude. Stay away after 5 PM

They should honestly just tear this place down then to continue to allow such horrific customer service. After waiting over an hour at the drive-through for my online pickup order and being told to drive up, suddenly, my order was nowhere to be found, and I need to call the number?????? Then I was told that I had to go through the drive-through again if I wanted to order normally. YOU WANT ME TO SIT THERE AND WAIT ANOTHER FREAKIN HOUR????????? Not only that, the dining room was closed for some reason, and the staff didn’t seem to care at all. Save yourself the extreme anger that I had and go somewhere else.
