So they cannot keep good employees, the new workers always take a while to get adjusted to the pace of customers. So it is an extra wait just for a slice of pizza. No one there but the owner knows how to multitask n still have good customer service

On Feb 13 I ordered large pepperoni pizza at 630. I received my pizza at 9 . I got 6 times and everytime they said driver was on her way . I got my pizza and it was cold the box was soaked in oil on the inside . the manager gave me a free pizza that wasn’t free I had to once again pay to deliver . the girl on the phone with me was rude . passed me off. To another employee without even telling me . then my pizza had bearly any toppings .

I eat here Everytime I’m at my Youngstown office. Their pepperoni rolls are never dried out and have a good amount of cheese. They seem to have a bit more wiggle room with experimentation with their menu. I dig it.
