Have been wanting to visit for a while, but it’s far from where I live. Met a friend who works in the area and used that as an excuse. It’s lovely, a welcoming deli with takeout or dine in for full meals, sandwiches and desserts. Their specialty, chicken salad, is unusual. A very fine texture since all the ingredients are ground. Fantastic assortment of flavors and all were good. Friendly service, and they offer samples. Wish I could have justified trying a dessert. They all looked tempting.

The attention is super friendly, always with a smile, and the food and prices are very good. You have many options to choose from and above all, the daily dinners are different every day. My wife and I set up an order from their catering menu. First off, this was probably one of the best experiences I have had with the food industry. We put the order in the last minute and they were still able to accommodate us. The preparation and presentation of all the food was fantastic! I would recommend their catering to anyone.

I am always so pleased with the unique and always delicious food served here! The picture I posted is of a gluten free creamy Italian something or other that’s lite and just the right amount of sweetness. I also enjoyed the black rice with veggies and a jicama salad. First time visiting,can’t believe we have lived here 7 months and have kept driving by.almost feel guilty for spending money at other lunch spots. Friendly service,lady’s were quick to have us sample lots of chicken salad. Our wrap was delicious,large portions,we were able to save some to take home.bakery items looked fantastic as well.

The chicken salads are awesome… but…. the dinners are out of this world. I just had two in the last two days and the food simply couldn’t be better. Servings are plentiful and heating up is a couple of minutes in the microwave. Highly highly recommended!!!!

Bernie’s wow the senses upon first entering when you see all the delicious food they have available. The food is high quality, and the staff is very friendly. If you want high quality food, especially to take home and prepare a family feast, this is a great place to find it.

My company and I ordered food from Bernie’s yesterday. All five of us ate our lunch at 2 o’clock in the afternoon by 3 o’clock everybody at work stomach was not doing well. Obviously something in the food was not good they got all the employees stomach feeling sick throughout the whole entire day and night. After this experience I don’t think any of us will be going back to that restaurant to order food ever again. This is the second time I ate there and the first time I ate at Bernie’s , my stomach acting up as well. There’s something was wrong with the food. Can’t say it was one order because all five of us had different food and all five of us got sick. The food didn’t taste fresh at all. There are better deli’s in the area but I will not be going back to Bernies again. I gave them two chances and both times the food was horrible. If you want a good sandwich and good sides go to Cavallari Gourmet you will not me disappointed.

The place reminds me of a homey new york deli. I got the smoked ham and cheddar quiche and wasnt disappointed. I’ll definitely be back to try some of the different sandwiches.
