If I could give negative stars for service, I would. My husband and I went through the drive thru in Springfield, IL on Sangamon Avenue and asked for 2 loaded omelette biscuits and told the worker that we had a coupon for 2 for $4.99. She replied, “OK” and then paused. We waited for a few seconds to see if she was going to tell us a price, and then she said “Pull around”. When we got to the window, she said “$12 (and some cents)”. I started to open my mouth to say that that might not be our order, when she said, rather aggressively and angrily, “You have to present the coupon to get the discount!” I literally had the coupon in my hand about to hand it to her had she given me the chance! I gave her the coupon and she took it without saying anything and then told me the price. I gave her the money and she gave me change, went back and got the biscuits and shoved the bag at me without saying another word! Not even “Thank you”!! I literally left there shaking because I have no idea why I had just been treated that way. I was in no way, shape, or form unpleasant with her. The restaurant was not even busy, so I couldn’t even justify her being rattled because of having to deal with a lot of customers. I totally understand that people have bad days, but this customer service was so over the top bad that I am just at a loss for why someone would act that way. This was not a young person that was just learning customer service (or basic human interaction) either. There is a lot of competition out there for restaurants and many other restaurants are putting forth a lot of effort to teach their employees how to treat customers right so that they actually want to return to the restaurant. The biscuits were delicious, but that didn’t overcome the very bad taste in my mouth over the despicable service!

Breakfast was terrible. Order BEC English Muffin and SEC English Muffin. Muffins were not toasted. The eggs were cooked in some nasty burnt butter oil mixture. Sausage was cold. Cheese not melted. Only ate about 1/4 of it and couldn’t take anymore.

725 am on Sunday March 12, my order comes to $9.30. Cashier (Amber) says she can NOT give me change from a $20.00. Really said she only had $75.00 in her drawer and the manager wasn’t there. Tried calling next day and again today, no one answers.
