I have never been disappointed with Pizza Hit every time I’ve ordered from stores. Today when I ordered a carry out order I walked in the store and waiting almost 15 minutes before someone finally came to help. I saw someone back on there phone with headphones on ignoring us. After I finally got my food I asked to buy two drinks separate and was told I could not because she can’t work the machine. What if I didn’t pay online already. The wings were not the correct sauce and had barely any sauce at all it was like McDonald’s putting sauce on something (non-existent). Like I said I’ve never had a bad experience but I don’t know if I will ever be back!

I received my order on time, however severely undercooked, pizza was soft and hanging down limply when I wanted to serve it. Since this was not the first time (I’ve always responded to the survey, but never received an answer), I called the place, was asked to send photos, refused a refund, and hung up on. Needless to say that I sent a complaint to corporate. We used to order almost weekly, but it’s time for a change. Not recommend!

Not a good experience. The thin pizza was super greasy, you could literally see a puddle of grease in the box. They forgot my 2 liter Pepsi so we had to start eating without a drink. I called and the driver had to bring it to us. When he arrived at the door he just handed me the bag with the drink and walked away. Never once did he say sorry for the inconvenience or apologize for the mixup.

It’s one thing to keep me waiting 5 mins curbside but if I’m going to come in and pick up my order and u want to give me attitude by telling me that my incorrect order is the best u can do I’m going to be upset. Do better. I used to work for pizza hut when I was a kid too and our service was 10000 times better. Terrible.

This is the worst pizza hut ever they made me wait a whole 2 hours for my pizza I ordered it at 11:34 and it just got here at 1:39 then the driver had someone else in the car with her. My order arrived nearly 90 minutes after placing it because there was only one driver available. When it finally did arrive, it was the wrong order and the pizzas it contained were cold. When contacting the location, the manager couldn’t find my order and acted like I hadn’t ordered at all. When I continued to explain that a delivery HAD been sent to me & my card charged, he offered a $40 credit when my order was in fact more than that. It was an incredibly frustrating situation entirely.

Usually I have good experiences it just that this time thing that I ordered were missing. I got a Detroit pizza and going crispy cup pepperoni substituted for the Italian sausage and it wasn’t on the pizza. Also, I didn’t get the blue cheese with my order. The food was cooked fine but things were missing.
