Clean Eatz is as the name states. This is my answer when I need food on the go. I am so happy there is an option available other than traditional “fast food”. If you prefer healthy food, try this place! It’s a little tucked away in a plaza, but well worth finding and making it a frequent stop.

Absolutely delicious. The place is super cute, inviting and has food ready to go in refrigerator in the front with low carb, low fat and different types of different choices. They also make smoothies and addition to flavored water with vitamin which the watermelon is to die for. I got a build your bowl and totally recommended it. The owner is so nice Jacob in which he explained all of the options and modifications they can make to their menu. The staff is so sweet. They also carry supplements. Did I mention they have meal plans so convenient.

I will never go back to clean Eatz of Asheville! When I went my first time they had sewage pouring out the door from the kitchen and continued to take orders and prep food. Absolutely disgusting. I tried to give them a second chance here recently and my experience was just as bad. The guy talking to us made us feel so unwelcomed and out of place. The vibe is so cold and harsh. I reached out to the owner Neil (I think) and he was straight up rude and said they never have any problems at his store and we are just trying to get a discount. (Trust me I won’t be back so no need for the discount)

After seeing such strong reviews and with a desire to for some healthy options, we decided to order takeout from Clean Eatz Asheville through its own online ordering system. All three of us were quite disappointed in the food. We ordered “honey roasted carrots” to go on a black bean burger and what we got were sliced raw carrots. We paid extra to get the three cheese blend on a turkey burger and it was not added. The buns were all hard and dry. The sweet potato fries were entirely devoid of flavor. The turkey burger was dry as dust. The bison burger was overcooked and smallish for the extra $3 it cost. The apples were flavorless and the mac and cheese amounted to penne pasta with almost no cheese sauce – resulting in a bland and dull side. Perhaps they are struggling with kitchen staff right now, which is why I’m scoring 2 stars instead of 1. But the fact that not a thing in our $40+ order was actually good was very disappointing.

What a nice little place by my work that I finally got to try out. I got a smoothie and a chicken pesto wrap which were delicious. They did not skimp on the spinach which made me happy. I don’t like eating alone so ate in my car but don’t think I’d mind too much having a solo lunch there it was quiet. Inside was clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back for lunch again and may try some of the take home meals 🙂

I ordered from here for the first time today, and I will never go back. The roasted carrots are just raw baby carrots the brussels sprouts were mush nothing was seasoned and it was topped with slimy, undercooked chicken. It went straight into the trash mainly for the fear of getting sick from eating undercooked pink chicken.
