My wife and I just moved to town. We were looking for a good quick bite after unpacking all day. Village Pizza is just a 3 minute walk from our new place and their online menu looked great. After trying to get their website to work for an online order I gave up and ran over to their location. They are open till 9pm… I arrived at 8:30pm… the doors on one side were locked and the employee at the registered just stared at me. I went around to the other side of the building and entered through those yet to be closed doors. Before I could even enquire about placing an order they informed me that they were closed. I questioned this as they’re sign out front says “open till 9pm”… they said the were understaffed and closed early. Fair enough… though I also mentioned to them that their website was very lacking and that I wasted 30 minutes trying to place an order. I just got back blank looks on the employees faces… and the most insincere “we’re sorry” from two different staff who clearly have no concept of customer service. Whatever. I do know that my wife and I will never return… and judging from a number of reviews here (I didn’t look earlier as we were in a hurry) it seems that I’m not going to be the last patron to be sorely disappoint by this business.

Ordered my pizza online. Showed up at the specified time and was told my pizza was never made, and it would be “just 10 minutes”. 30 minutes later I received my pizza and it was terrible. One of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. They also didn’t offer me a drink, or any kind of discount for having to wait 30 extra minutes. I won’t be returning.

Ordered through their website with a pickup time at 7pm pm on a Saturday night and they charged my card. But when I arrived 10 minutes later the place was closed. Don’t order using their website and basically I won’t order anything from them again. In my opinion their pizza is like a good frozen pizza from a grocery store but my wife likes that kind of pizza. Their salad is actually good and have good ranch. In short, don’t order for pickup or delivery because they will screw you over. This place is only for eating at their establishment when they might be open. I will need to spend vast time tommorrow getting my money back on the failed order through their website.

I ordered from this restaurant last month for pickup. Order was accepted and my card was charged. Half way to the restaurant and they call to tell me they’re out of what I ordered and cancelled the order. Had to wait a week for money to be refunded. Waited a month and gave them another chance. Ordered food and when I showed up to pick it up the doors were locked and the employees inside sitting at the bar looked at me for a second and continued their conversation. Simply unacceptable and will not be giving them a third chance. Judging by the way they run this business I doubt it will be open much longer. Good luck!
