There was nothing slow about this place. As soon as we were seated our server was asking us what we wanted to drink. The salsa was some of my favorite, had to ask for a hot salsa also to spice it up but this is the same at every restaurant for me, I like spicy! Hog enchiladas, carnitas, Steven special, and fajita quesadilla were all delicious. My family loved the queso also. My only only complaint about food is the enchilada sauce tasted almost like bbq sauce, next time I’ll just stay away from red sauce. It wasn’t busy when we went but our waitress was slow getting our drink orders and wasn’t very attentive at first but seemed to get better until she brought our check then she never showed again so we just left without to go drinks.

We’re close by, so this will become a regular haunt. Good happy hour. We’ll be back for the live music. As Texans, we’re used to good TexMex. Enchiladas and tacos were good. Salsa needs a little more kick. Their salsa Verde was tasty. More research is needed. Next time, the real test: Chili rellenos. Stay tuned.
