I finally got a chance to stop by after hearing about it’s goodness from so many of my friends. I had high expectations going in and I have to say.. it WAS delicious. My husband and I tried the lamb over rice and beef bacon bagel. Both dishes were on point with their flavors and freshness of ingredients! Additional plus point- they are very generous with their serving size.

I work a couple doors down at Dirty Dough, and Gyro King is my favorite place to go on my meal breaks! Today I got the falafel platter, but I’ve also had their pitas and masala fries. Everything always tastes great!

Stopped by for a quick lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Walked in and staff was friendly and helpful. Asked if it was my first time, then explained some menu options and made a few suggestions. Ordered a gyro chicken, gyro lamb, and massala fries. Saw everything made fresh in the open kitchen and was ready within 10 minutes.

I drove 40 mins just for a gyro LOL. That’s how much I love these things. This is my first time at Gyro King. Ordered the Lamb Combo (Lamb Pita w/ Massala Fries) & the NY Gyro Cheese Cake.

Immediately greeted by the owner and asked us to try his everything plate(I think that’s what he called it). Gave us a sample of his masala fries for us to try too which was a nice touch and they were nice. He also makes his own sauces which is the best sauce I’ve ever had at any gyro place.Him and the other staff member were really nice and friendly and could hold a good conversation. Now onto the food. What can I say I have found my favourite place to eat. The rice is amazing and has so much flavour even by itself. He is very generous with the meat portion and it is nice and tender, good quality meat. Combined with the sauces and the gigantic portion size it’s definitely worth your money 10/10 with the burger it was nice and juicy however just a bit too much lettuce for my liking 8/10. If I’m ever in the area again I’ll l always come by here. Also you can buy the sauces he makes which will go with anything you makes at home

Food was delicious. When I came in only one young man was working there and had a line of customers already, he politely told us that it would be a couple minutes and proceeded to work quickly and efficiently. He was very positive and helpful despite the fact of how busy it was. Definitely will come again!

I noticed this gem of a hole-in-the-wall for the first time aftwr work and ordered Take Out. Moses was super cool over the phone. When I came in to pick up, I instantly felt like an old friend. His customer service was top knotch, and he treated me like a good friend. I told my husband that it was the best interaction I’ve had with a human being all week. Just know my pictures don’t do it justice! I spent the drive home tempted to tear open the bag, it smelled so amazing! I had to dive in before I remembered to give this place a well deserved 5 star review. And then I had to pull my plate away from my husband, who got the Lamb Gyro and raved about both. It’s all full of so much flavor!!! See you again soon, Moses!

I had the Texas Way Gyro and it was just okay at best. The lamb was dry and didn’t taste fresh. I’ve had better gyros at Arby’s. In addition, the interior looks a bit run down and definitely needs a face-lift. I’m struggling to see how this place has a 4.8 rating.
