Prices were a bit high but overall food was good. I got the General Tso which was tasty. I tried the candied sweet potatoes which were very interesting, I’ve never had a dish like this before. They were similar to fries with a sweet potato glaze on them. The glaze was tacky like toffee making the fries hard to pull apart. They were good just not sure if it’s something I’d get again. It was interesting to try for sure. You’ll have to try them yourself & see what you think.

We visited on a Sunday noon. The restaurant was not busy at all. There was only one table besides us. The restaurant only had one waiter who doesn’t speak Chinese nor very good English. We ordered 5 dishes and waited. After 20+ minutes the waiter came back and told us one of the dishes wasn’t available. After another 20+ minutes, there was still no single dish served. We waited together closed to an hour and then decided to leave. This is probably the worst and slowest service I’ve ever had in a restaurant in the U.S. It is ridiculous. AVOID this place

We’ve been ordering delivery from Eastern Bay for just over a year now since we moved into the neighborhood. Everything is always hot and fresh when it arrives. The quality of ingredients is consistently great. The staff is always friendly, delivery driver always smiling. The estimated delivery time is always accurate, never late. I really have nothing bad to say about this business.

Came here to pickup a doordash order; literally waiting for 30 minutes for one item. Cashier ignores you. Keeps accepting online orders and not even making them. Also giving customers water from a faucet that’s literally on the floor.

Ordered an online order after work and was super hungry. They accepted the order around 9:30 pm and then proceeded to cancel the order at 11:00 pm and left me hanging for 90 minutes. This restaurants food was mediocre at BEST in the first place. Mindless zombies work here so be warned. Straight to the s**t list.
